Fielding’s Institute for Social Innovation has released its application for the Dianne Kipnes Award for Social Innovation. The Award Endowment will contribute up to a maximum of $10,000 to support one or more successful proposals. Awardees will present their work at a Fielding session with support from the University. A written annual progress report, final project report, and related publications or products are required. The Chumash Nation, specifically, has always believed that “all things are alive, intelligent, dangerous and sacred.” Since our founding in 1974, Fielding Graduate University has been physically located in Santa Barbara, where the Chumash Nation and its ancestors’ tribes and bands have lived for centuries.
