The Student Accounts office provides billing and student account information; accepts payments for tuition, fees, and miscellaneous charges; processes student refunds; collection of delinquent accounts; and furnishes student tax forms.
Students have 24-hour access to their account to view their trimester bills and or make a payment.
Fielding accepts online ACH (electronic payment from a United States bank account), credit card or Flywire. Check payments can be sent to the address below.

How to Pay Your Bill
You will be notified before the beginning of the term when your statement is available.
We strive to offer you a number of different options to paying the balance including monthly payment option rather than paying the balance in full.
All payments are payable in U.S. dollars.
You can pay your tuition using:
- E-check payments (no fee charged)
- Credit card payments include a 2% convenience fee/service fee per transaction
- International payments using Flywire
Making your Payment
- To pay your tuition in full by due date by log on Self-Service and pay using e- check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
Monthly Payment Plan
- To assist you in budget planning we offer an interest-free monthly payment plan. This is a debt-free way of paying your tuition in four equal payments each trimester. There is no finance charges or late fees associated with this option. You will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions for the time you are on the plan in order to complete the Monthly Payment Plan enrollment.
Fielding Graduate University has partnered with Flywire to offer an innovative and streamlined way to make international payments.
