Clinical Psychologist Dr. Carmen Bolanos Joins the Evidence Based Coaching Faculty

Dr. Carmen Bolanos

Welcome Dr. Carmen Bolanos to Fielding Graduate University. She is a new adjunct faculty member in the Evidence Based Coach Training Program and brings a diverse background with academic and coach training experience. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has jumped right in and is working with EBC students on their coaching competencies, theoretical integration, and skill development.

Dr. Carmen Bolanos is a seasoned executive coach of 20+ years. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in personal and leadership development, support of academics, executives, and entrepreneurs. Her passion is helping others realize their full potential as integrated human beings, able to blend their personal and career lives seamlessly while prioritizing those essential areas to their values. Carmen’s clients learn that she will work with them with a fierce determination to see people as their highest selves, consistently encouraging as they work towards their personal visions. Carmen resides in Austin and is a proud mother to three adult daughters.
