We recommend planning your event early. We recommend a lead time of at least eight weeks for virtual events. For in-person events, the needed advanced notice could be significantly longer depending on the desired venue, personnel availability, and budget.

Once your event is approved for production, we will request high-resolution images of your event leaders and panelists and their 100-word biographies. Instructions on how to do that will be provided to you at that time.
