Fielding Graduate University has officially launched its new online merchandise store. Fielding family and fans can purchase various apparel items, including hats, quarter zips, mugs, polos, and much more! To celebrate the grand opening, the store is offering a 20% discount on all items through the month of July.

The creation of the store was directed by Hilary Lyn, Director of Alumni Relations at Fielding Graduate University. The following is an interview with Director Lyn regarding the new Fielding Store.
Q. What inspired you to take on this project?
When our in-person sessions were no longer available and holding inventory onsite was limited, the Fielding community asked how and where they could purchase swag. Always up for a challenge and an opportunity to serve, I partnered with our fantastic marketing team to create an online store experience and product offerings exclusively for the Fielding community. Thanks to the talent and expertise of one of my favorite designers and Fielding’s Marketing Specialist, David Mallen, we successfully launched Fielding’s first online store this month! In addition to serving as a revenue stream for the Alumni Association, Customers can browse through and make purchases with just a few clicks 24/7.
Q. What can people expect from the store?
Product selection: Customers can expect a curated selection of products ranging from clothing, electronics, home goods, or even a niche market like organic beauty products or sustainable fashion.
High-quality products: Customers can expect the products available in your store to be of good quality. This can be achieved by sourcing from reliable suppliers, conducting quality control checks, and offering reputable brands or unique and well-crafted items.
Detailed product information: Providing comprehensive product information is crucial in an online store. Customers should expect to find accurate and detailed descriptions, specifications, sizing charts (if applicable), and high-resolution images that showcase the products from different angles.
Convenient and intuitive website: A user-friendly website with a well-designed layout, intuitive navigation, and clear categorization can enhance the shopping experience. Customers should be able to easily search for products, filter by different criteria, and have a seamless checkout process.
Secure online transactions: Ensuring the security of customer data and online transactions is vital. Customers should expect that their personal information and payment details are handled securely, with appropriate measures in place to protect their privacy.
We will also feature seasonal products and always search for new products.
Q. How does the store address Fielding’s value around sustainability?
Sustainability is of utmost importance to Fielding Graduate University. 2023 is Fielding’s Social and Ecological Justice Service Year, and I am pleased the launch of this store is in unison with this important initiative. To learn more, click here:
