If you did not receive a CARES Act disbursement, then your student record as of June 1, 2020 did not reflect that you meet the eligibility criteria as described above.  If Fielding is able to secure additional funding, students will be notified about the available funding and any associated application process.

The distribution of funds to eligible students will begin the week of June 8, 2020. If you meet the eligibility criteria and have not received funding by June 22, 2020, please contact finaid@fielding.edu.  In the meantime, please sign up for direct deposit and/or verify that your mailing address is accurate in WebAdvisor Self Service. We are working very hard to disburse eligible students’ grants as quickly as possible. Once posted, funds will be disbursed via direct deposit for those who currently have that in place. Who is eligible for the CARES/Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds?

Eligible recipients will be notified via their Fielding email account.  All currently enrolled Summer 2020 students who are eligible to receive federal financial aid and were not enrolled in a completely online program will receive emergency grants funded by HEERF. Even if students owe tuition or fees to the university, they are still eligible for this program.  The funds will go directly to students via direct deposit or paper check.  Any debts owed to the university will not be deducted from the emergency grant.
