Leni Wildflower has extensive experience as a coach, educator, researcher and consultant. She developed the first evidence based coach training program in America at Fielding Graduate University. Currently, Leni directs her coach education/training program, Knowledge Based Coaching, and consults with coach-training programs seeking ICF accreditation.
