Fielding Graduate University welcomes Dr. Connie Whittaker Dunlop to the Evidence Based Coach training program.

Dr. Dunlop brings a variety of academic and coaching experiences. Her dissertation research focused on learner-relevant education, and she has jumped right in and is working with EBC students on their coaching competencies, theoretical integration, and skill development.

Dr. Connie Whittaker Dunlop develops leaders, teams, and organizations through coaching and training. Connie has more than a decade of leadership development experience at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where she taught three courses and coached more than 1,500 students on topics related to the personal and professional transformation that often occurs in business school. Connie also has experience developing teams and organizations for Deloitte and then for Capital One, where she led enterprise transformation projects that involved implementing strategy, process, policy, and technology changes through people. Connie holds a doctorate in human and organizational learning from George Washington University, an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and a BSBA from the University of Richmond. She also earned a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certificate from George Mason University. The International Coaching Federation recognizes her as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
