Fielding Attends National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) 2024

Fielding at NISOD 2024 in Austin, Texas!

Fielding was well represented at this past weekend’s International NISOD 2024 Conference. The Fielding coalition was led by Dr. Barbara Mink, Program Director in the School of Leadership Studies (SLS), and Dr. Ed Leach, SLS Associate Faculty Member and Executive Director of the National Insititute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD). Also in attendance were Fielding students and alumni, including Tara Pearce, EdD student, and Joyce Langenegger, Fielding alumni. Dr. Langenegger is the current Executive Director of Academic Success at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.

Over the years, NISOD’s annual conference has provided faculty, administrators, and staff with the resources, ideas, and solutions that drive excellence in all areas of community and technical college campuses.
