Marjorie Woo, PHD, MCC

Marjorie Woo, Ph.D., MCC, is the founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Keystone Group Shanghai, Inc., a coaching service enhancer dedicated to the development of coaches and the coaching profession in China and Asia and is a Director, ICF Professional Coaches, Global Board.

During her more than 30 years of executive leadership, Dr. Woo spent 11 years as a managing executive of the Xerox Corporation. The founder of Leadership Management International, The Keystone Group Shanghai, Inc, and Leadership Management International China Ltd., Marjorie is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Leadership Management International. As an executive coach within the organization she built, she set an example of excellence, coaching executives for 30 years. Indigenous and Western organizations benefitted from her work in China and other Asia Pacific nations. She holds the top credentials of the International Coaching Federation.

Since 1998, Dr. Woo and her cohort have coached over 2,000 managers and senior-level executives per year, and a total of over 30,000 mid-level managers in China. Her ability to work within both Eastern and Western cultures supports her results-based approach to leadership. Her personal past client list includes General Electric, IBM, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, BASF, AXA, Schindler, and Texas Instruments, among many others.

Woo holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Development Systems from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara California. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), and Director, Professional Coaches Global Board of the International Coaching Federation, supporting programs for the Credentialed Professional Coaches Certification Program, Evidence-Based Coaching (EBC), Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH), and Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP).

Marjorie Woo is a seasoned speaker and has been featured at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Club International events in the United States, and the Asia Pacific.
