Fielding Graduate University is committed to creating and maintaining a community where all individuals who participate in University programs and activities can work and learn together in an atmosphere free of harassment, exploitation, or intimidation. The mission of the Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy Compliance Office (Title IX Office) is to ensure all Fielding community members fulfill the campus’ commitment to an academic environment free of sex discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual violence. Any harassment or discrimination that occurs within a program or activity of the university, including all online instruction, is subject to university policies.
