It would mean the world to us if you could join us on our first Giving Marathon dedicated to supporting our students, faculty research, and university operations. Your support plays a crucial role in enabling students to attend Fielding through scholarships and sustaining our community of supporters.

Empowering Dreams: A Letter from Madeline…

Madeline Foster

Madeline Foster, MSPH   Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Student

My name is Madeline Foster, and I am a current second-year Ph.D. student. I am writing on behalf of Fielding Graduate University as a grateful recipient of the Fielding Advancement Scholarship, Dr. Dori Pelz-Sherman Memorial Scholarship, and Magic Feet Scholarship.

First, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your commitment to supporting education and empowering students like me to pursue their academic aspirations. The scholarships I have received have not only lightened my financial burden but have also inspired me to excel in my studies and contribute meaningfully to my field.

As a graduate student, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that scholarships can have on individuals and communities. Unfortunately, the demand for financial assistance often exceeds the available resources. Many talented and deserving students face financial barriers that limit their access to higher education.

In light of this, I am reaching out to you with a humble request. Your generosity has already made a significant difference in my academic journey, and I believe that with increased scholarship funding, we can extend these life-changing opportunities to even more aspiring scholars. By expanding the pool of available scholarships, we can contribute to creating a more inclusive and equitable educational environment.

I understand that philanthropic decisions are personal, and I truly appreciate the consideration you give to supporting educational initiatives. Your generosity has not only impacted my life but has also set in motion a positive ripple effect that will benefit future generations of students. I hope that you will consider supporting other students in this Giving Marathon.

Warm regards,

Madeline Foster, MSPH
