About the Speaker

Ellen is the co-founder of Her New Standard: The Playbook for Women Leaders, a firm dedicated to developing women leaders, and holds a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University. She has been published in The Journal of Organizational Change Management and OD Practitioner, and a contributing author to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and more.
