Fielding Graduate University is proud of its legacy developing true scholar-practitioners. What is unique about the Fielding ODC PhD curriculum is that we provide you with the foundation you need to become a scholar while offering you the flexibility to be the type of practitioner you aspire to become.
Our PhD offers a master’s along the way, as well as the option to fulfill elective requirements choosing not just from HOD (Human and Organizational Development) electives but from any of the general electives offered in the IECD (Infant and Early Childhood Development) program and/or the Leadership for Change program.
