Dr. Arnold has a 27-year career that includes two decades in healthcare serving as a human resources and organization development leader. In 2011, she began her private practice as a leadership and executive coach, primarily partnering with leaders in the federal government, education, and healthcare. She is a master certified coach (MCC) with accredited coach training from Georgetown University. She has experience with curricular development and program management.

Fielding is well-positioned to be a powerful support for those trying to lead in 2020. What was required before is not what is required now or in the future. It is an honor to be part of shaping the voice of not just future coaches, but those who are committed to shifting the conversation.” — Dr. Carrie Arnold

Dr. Arnold received three degrees from Fielding Graduate University; a master’s in organization management along with another master’s and Ph.D. in human development. She is the first recipient of the inaugural Dianne Kipnes Fund for Social Innovation—for her research project, “The Silenced Female Leader.” Her student experience at Fielding has given her a well-versed appreciation of Fielding’s unique distributed learning environment.
