Change the world. Start with yours.

Those six words mean a lot at Fielding Graduate University. These exact words prompted the program director, Dr. Carrie Arnold, who began her role in June of 2020, to refresh the evidence-based coaching program with a new delivery model. Apply by July 29, 2021, to be considered for the Fall term, and you will experience all the upcoming changes in the accredited coach training program at Fielding!

Students will receive comprehensive, evidence-based coach learning in an 8-month (two-term) program delivered synchronously by some of the best coach instructors in the world. Learners will join a cohort in full-day intensives and weekly 2-hour sessions. Be one of the few coaches globally to receive graduate-level education accompanied by twelve academic credits and 150 hours of coach training.

Fielding’s Evidence Based Coaching certificate program is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
