Impostor Syndrome strikes 70% of us at one point or another. Even the most seemingly successful and talented among us report feelings of inadequacy. Learn the neuropsychology and cognitive behavioral reasons why so many of us experience this syndrome as well as methods to help regain confidence.

Carmen resides in Austin and is a proud mother to three adult daughters.
