Candido holds a BA in International Studies and an MA/PhD in Human Development. He currently serves as the director of the Organization Management and Development Master's Degree program and also maintains a limited coaching and consulting practice. His current interest is in how individuals, groups, and organizations develop and change in response to larger economic and socio-cultural forces. Candido's resume includes previously held positions such as a Graduate School Faculty, Hospital Administrator, Chief Information Officer, Human Resource Systems Development Manager, Federal Service employee, and member of the U.S. Air Force. He is a Member of the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, Organization Development Network, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
