ELC Program - Future Initiatives

Keep in touch with us as we continue to develop new and innovative programs for educators. Initiatives from our School's strategic plan are listed below.

1. A cadre of Master level programs

We currently offer a Master of Arts in Collaborative Educational Leadership (MA-CEL) and expand programs from there. Again, the emphasis will be on leadership development, but from several educational angles and specialties. This may be achieved either through a partnership with a leader in program and materials development or on the part of our faculty. Decisions will be made based on a market analysis and alignment with the School of Educational Leadership and Change's core values.

2. Professional Development Programs

a. Professional Development Courses and Certificates

b. Teacher and Leadership Credential Courses: We continue to work on the development of courses and collaborative programs with districts to develop programs leading to credentials in teaching and leadership. Our goal is to have those available within the next three years.

c. Online and face-to face Symposiums and Conferences: Through the coordinated work of the programs, online and face-face-symposiums/conferences/think tank opportunities will arise through partnerships with other professional organizations.
