No residency or face-to-face time is required for the Organizational Management and Development graduate certificate because it is delivered completely online. In addition, no scheduled or synchronous online time is required. You complete your studies at the time and place which is most convenient for you.
Optional Session
As a certificate student, you are not required to attend the master’s program face-to-face “Jazz Session”. However, certificate students are invited, and some do choose to attend in order to experience the community building and inspiration that happens at the session. Students who are interested in the possibility of pursuing their master’s or doctoral degree at Fielding find the session attendance especially helpful. There is no registration fee for this session.
