The Healthcare Leadership concentration is designed for healthcare and public health professionals. This concentration focuses on the application of leadership principles to the organization and delivery of healthcare services. Students analyze central issues in health systems, including organizational performance, leadership, management, finance, and cultural challenges.
In addition to the required courses within the
degree curriculum, Healthcare Leadership concentration students must complete four HL-specific courses (OMD 637, 638, 639 and 640) as their masters electives.
All other OMD program requirements apply.
