Organization Management and Development Certification
When seeking ways to make positive changes in an organization, professionals need theoretical and practical tools that will further develop their business skills.  In the Organizational Management and Development Certificate program, students combine business experience with research and practice to lead change that matters.
 
Within a community of other working adults, students engage in a program that is intimate, thought-provoking, and motivating. Students independently study a challenging curriculum while also experiencing a deep rooted sense of community and shared learning.
