 PhD Human Development
Human Development (HD) is focused on individual adult growth in personal, organizational, and cultural settings. Doctoral work in the program is informed by tools from coaching, mentoring, leadership, creative longevity, and wisdom. Students seek to understand how to optimize personal relationships, and empower others to invest and engage in their chosen cause.

With individual experience and current knowledge as a platform, the PhD in Human Development brings together adult development research and theory to address the social demands of our modern world. With the faculty, students create a vibrant, collegial interchange that infuses our learning community with new ideas and enthusiasm.  Students and alumni constitute a highly experienced professional network expected of graduate doctoral education.
