The Evidence Based Coaching graduate certificate program is based on a blended delivery model – asynchronous online work, face-to-face meetings and telephone sessions combine to form a broad and deep connection with both the program material, and the participants and faculty.
Your online work is conducted asynchronously, meaning you don’t have to be online at the same time as your fellow students and faculty. Our online learning environment consists of reading, task assignments and your posted responses (like e-mail responses). Discussion does not occur in "real time," so you have time to reflect on the readings and other students' responses before you post your thoughts.
You have access to online seminars and forums, and our robust online library resources through the Fielding Education Link and Information eXchange (FELIX).
Our electronic tools and resources support diverse activities such as:
"The Fielding community is highly supportive and collaborative, a great example of how groups can work together across time zones and countries. I can’t say enough good things about the Fielding faculty, staff, and student/alumni base. "
