The Online Teaching and Learning graduate certificate is a fully online program that is delivered in an asynchronous format, allowing faculty and students to contribute and learn at any time of the day. You can structure your study time to fit your schedule because you are not required to be online at any specific time.
Using Fielding's Moodle online course management system and a syllabus of readings, you will interact with a group of learner colleagues and your instructors to gain understanding of current practices and techniques and apply that knowledge to your current projects and interests. Your studies are enhanced by online discussion and dialogue with your co-learners and faculty.
Through forum discussions with your faculty and fellow students, supported by our
online library, you build your understanding of learning and teaching within an online community. You experience many of the learning and assessment strategies while you are studying them.
