This concentration is cohort-based. You work collaboratively with your learning community peers in developing practices and procedures that ensure success in charter school education, while establishing the foundation for sustaining and creating new charter schools.
These preparatory courses are designed to prepare California educators to become instructional leaders and administrators in a collaborative learning community environment. The courses are offered in conjunction with the master's degree program, and completion of the master's degree permits the graduate to apply to the state of California for a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential.
