 EdD Educational Leadership And Change

Our school systems are challenged with a diverse student and faculty population, as well as ever evolving understanding of how we can best teach each individual within the population. New knowledge is needed to inform still undefined emerging educational and administrative systems, while creating and supporting existing and transitional systems.

You, as a student in Fielding's EdD program, will have the opportunity to uncover the possibilities and contribute solutions to the challenges we face. You bring your prior experiences into the dialogue of change, and explore them further within our distributed learning environment which links you with faculty, colleagues, and students worldwide who share similar research interests.

You will engage with a broad network of fellow students including college administrators, school counselors, juvenile justice workers, university faculty and college department heads, K-12 educators and administrators. Together, yet independently, you will tailor this highly flexible program to meet your educational needs and professional goals.
