Fielding Graduate University – Master of Arts (MA) Collaborative Educational Leadership – Charter School Leadership Concentration

 
 Charter School Leadership
Charter School Leadership encourages professionals to collaborate with peers in developing practices and procedures that ensure success in charter school education, while establishing the foundation for sustaining and creating new charter schools.
 
The concentration in Charter School Leadership curriculum consists of the following requirements:
  • EDU-545 Charter School Program and Petition Design
  • EDU-546 Organizational Budgeting, Finance, and Resource Allocation
  • EDU-547 Data Driven Decision-Making
  • EDU-548 Utilizing Technology to Enhance Learner-Centered Instruction
  • EDU-552 Collaborative Instructional Leadership
  • EDU-553 Community, Shared Values & Learning
  • EDU-554 Understanding Differences: Valuing, Honoring, Supporting & Celebrating Diversity
  • EDU-558 Empowerment: Learning & Assessment
  • EDU-559A Guided Practice/Internship
  • EDU-559B Guided Practice/Internship
  • EDU-559C Guided Practice/Internship
  • EDU-559D Guided Practice/Internship
  • EDU-600A Capstone Project Design
  • EDU-600B Capstone Project Specialization/Implementation

California residents may combine the concentration in Charter School Leadership with the PASC Preparation.

Up to 30 graduate units earned toward the masters degree articulate into the EdD program at Fielding.
