Rapid change in social and business environments has led to the explosive growth of coaching as a profession. The field of coaching must become more academically rigorous and research-based in order to continue effectively serving the global needs. Evidence Based Coaching brings theory and research from a variety of disciplines, including psychology, communication, and organization studies together with current techniques and strategies in coaching.
Offered entirely online, with no residency or training requirements, this 12-week program introduces you to a results-oriented coaching approach that will help you develop a new type of practice in professional and organizational coaching. You learn how to manage an online presence, deliver feedback, and facilitate coaching discussions online, on the phone, and face-to-face.
