Coaching as a profession has grown along with the rapid change in social and business environments. Fielding's Evidence Based Coaching Theory course combines theory and research from a variety of disciplines, including psychology, communication, and organizational studies.
Offered entirely online, this 12-week course introduces a results-oriented coaching approach that will help you develop a new type of practice in professional and organizational coaching. Learn how to deliver feedback and facilitate coaching discussions online, on the phone, and face-to-face.
Four units of graduate credit will be earned upon completion of this course. Students may choose to take this course for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The academic credit articulates to several other programs at Fielding:
