Assessments are a critical component of effective coaching engagements. Used appropriately, the right assessment is a key part of the coaching conversation. Many forms and types of assessments have been used for many years, in consulting and psychotherapy as well as coaching. In this course, you will learn to evaluate the many assessments encountered, and determine which may be psychometrically sound and appropriate for use in a variety of coaching situations.
Mary Nash Shawver, PhD, PCC, and Dian Christian, MSOD, PCC, are experienced coaches, consultants and educators who have a passion around appropriate use of assessments. Through this course you will learn to more successfully integrate this critical component into your daily practice as well.
