Assessments have been used for years, in consulting and psychotherapy as well as coaching. The right assessment is a key part of the coaching conversation and is a critical component of effective coaching engagements. In this course, you will evaluate the various assessments that are encountered in order to determine which may be psychometrically sound and appropriate for use in coaching situations.
The faculty in this course are experienced coaches, consultants and educators who have a passion about using coaching assessments.
