Santa Barbara, CA (December 11, 2007) - ReadyMinds announced that an agreement has been reached between ReadyMinds and Fielding Graduate University that will allow a select group of 14 Fielding students to participate in the ReadyMinds Program. Funding for this pilot program is being provided by Fielding.

In the initial phase of the partnership, a number of students from each of the three schools that comprise Fielding Graduate University - Psychology, Human & Organization Development, and Educational Leadership & Change - will participate in the ReadyMinds Program. Upon completion of this initial pilot phase, Fielding and ReadyMinds will discuss the feasibility of providing the ReadyMinds Program to a substantial percentage of the Fielding student population.

Judy Witt, PhD, dean of the School of Educational Leadership & Change, was instrumental in bringing the ReadyMinds Program to Fielding. She commented, "We are looking forward to having a group of our students participate in the ReadyMinds Program. After conducting extensive research, we concluded that the ReadyMinds Program should be of great assistance to our graduate students and their career planning."

Ed Schwartz, vice president of operations for ReadyMinds, worked closely with Dr. Witt to foster the relationship and said "Fielding Graduate University is a highly respected institution, one that ReadyMinds is proud to now be associated with. We anticipate providing outstanding service to the institution and in particular to those students who will be participating in the ReadyMinds Program."
