Academic transcript requests will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the request in the Registrar's Office.

Currently enrolled students, non-enrolled students, or alumni who request academic transcripts must do so in writing to the Registrar's Office. Fax requests are acceptable; please be sure to sign the actual fax document. If you have an authorized e-mail signature form on file with Fielding you may request academic transcripts via the e-mail address specified on the authorized e-mail signature form. Also, students or alumni who have valid FELIX accounts may use the online transcript request form available via the WebAdvisor Student Menu.

If you are requesting a RUSH academic transcript (2-3 day processing and overnight delivery), please provide payment by check or provide credit card information for billing purposes. Currently enrolled students may request that the fee for a RUSH academic transcript be billed to their account.

Holds on academic transcripts will be in place for former students who have not paid all outstanding tuition and fees, and for those former students who have not completed any required exit counseling process in regards to student loans.

Official transcripts for credit earned at other institutions which have been presented for admission become the property of Fielding Graduate University and will not be returned or copied. Copies of these transcripts must be requested from the originating institution.

Current students and alumni with current FELIX accounts may print out unofficial copies of their academic records from WebAdvisor.
