Our office is the primary contact for services related to student and alumni records. We are responsible for the life cycle of those records – from matriculation to degree conferral and beyond. We interface with all other departments of the University, government agencies, employers and other third parties to provide information and services in support of our students and alumnae. The Office of the Registrar also works with the Office of Student Development as a resource for policy and procedure questions.
Tuition reimbursement documentation is available from the Office of the Registrar. Please review your sponsor’s reimbursement policy to determine their requirements and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your documentation request.
Enrollment reporting for in-school deferment of student loans is handled automatically. Students’ enrollment statuses and anticipated completion dates are sent several times per term to a national database service and are available electronically to student loan lenders, servicers and guarantors. For assistance with updating your status with your lender(s), contact the National Student Clearinghouse.
