Leni Wildflower is an executive coach, consultant, author and educator. She has worked for thirty years in the field of organization development, coaching, and human relations, designing programs and interventions for schools, businesses and non-profit agencies. A graduate of UC Berkeley, she has a masters degree from the University of Hawaii in Health Management and a PhD from Fielding Graduate Institute in Human and Organizational Development. Leni has written curricula, conducted trainings, and designed coaching interventions for organizations including The Rand Corporation, Santa Monica Hospital Rape Treatment Center, the Center for Creative Leadership, the Conrad Hilton Foundation, US Investigations Service, BP, and First Data Corporation. The curriculum she wrote for the Rand Corporation and the Conrad Hilton Foundation is used nationally in secondary schools in the USA.

Leni Wildflower has been a faculty member of Fielding Graduate University for the past 6 years. She designed the coaching curriculum for the OM/OD masters program, and currently teaches coaching and conflict resolution courses. Her particular interest is in distance coaching—via phone and online. She has designed and delivered trainings in online facilitation for coaches and other professionals.
