Fielding offers an OMD Master's degree with a concentration in Integral Studies (IS).

Based on the life-long work of philosopher and author, Ken Wilber and his colleagues at Integral University, IS students take four OMD Core Courses, four IS specific courses (see below), and two additional OMD electives to complete their course of study.

Students will apply the integral model to a wide-range of organization management and development strategies.

• OMD 690IS Master's IS Project I: to be completed in the 4th term - integral approach to the Master's Project
  
• OMD 691IS Master's IS Project II: to be completed in the 5th term - completion of the Master's Project
