Organization Management and Development Master’s Level Evidence Based Coaching Integral Studies

The OMD Graduate Certificate program focuses on an in-depth study of the theory and application of the foundations in Organization Management and Development.

Certificate Requirements:

• Three required Core Courses: OMD 600, OMD 601, and OMD 602
• A minimum of two elective courses (8 units)

Entrance to the program requires a complete Master’s application and participation in the online program orientation (OMD 600).

If the student decides to pursue the Master’s degree in OMD, courses taken are waived upon entrance to the degree program.
