Organization Management and Development Master’s Level Evidence Based Coaching Integral Studies

The year-long Evidence Based Coaching (EBC) certificate program combines three important skill sets to create a results-oriented program that helps participants develop a practice in professional and organizational coaching. The program focuses on current coaching techniques, online and distance-based coaching facilitation, and evidence based theory and practice. Three courses are required: OMD 650, OMD 651 & OMD 652. Attendance at four face-to-face sessions and phone conferences is required. Program entrance requires a streamlined application and attendance at the first face-to-face session. Click here for Course Descriptions.

If the student decides to pursue the Master’s degree in OMD, all three Elective courses (12 units) are waived upon entrance to the degree program.

This certificate program begins in January each year.

*The "Graduate Level Evidence Based Coaching Program" at Fielding Graduate University has been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. Graduation from an accredited program will meet the ICF’s requirements for individual coach certification for student contact learning hours, mentor coaching, and passage of an ICF-approved examination. Accreditation does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the training or the student’s ability to build a successful coaching practice.
