We offer our master's students a collaborative online learning experience that is more intimate, thought-provoking, and productive than any traditional classroom.

Fielding's online environment is more supportive and motivating than other online programs, and our students experience a deeply rooted sense of community.

The program offers a challenging learning model within a flexible framework. You can work from anywhere and choose your own timeframe. Whether in Hong Kong at 2:00 in the morning, or in New York at 3:00 in the afternoon, you can achieve your academic goals. You will be able to balance work, family, school, and personal development in a way that is rare at the graduate level.

Our program also offers:

  • Opportunities for students to apply what they learn immediately at their current employment

  • Committed full-time and adjunct faculty of outstanding scholar-practitioners who are internationally known for their work and their skills in online education

  • Online access to library services

  • A global network of professionals and scholars

  • A master's degree from an accredited, non-profit university with more than three decades of experience in distance learning.

Fielding OMD graduates are prepared for a wide range of leadership roles across the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors. They move into management, up the organizational ladder, or develop a thriving consulting practice while learning how to build a humane and effective business environment. See a sampling of what our students and alums are doing on our Student and Alumni Profiles page.

We invite you to discover Fielding's vibrant learning community of scholar-practitioners who value learning, creativity, relationships and respect for individual differences.
