Ever wondered what exactly a provost is–and does? Get to know Gerald Porter, Fielding’s provost and senior vice president, in the latest episode of our podcast series, Fielding Voices.

Having been Fielding’s chief academic officer for a year now, Provost Porter demystifies his role and tells us about the upcoming Community Academic Retreat, a series of meetings at Summer Session in early July at which faculty and administration will discuss academic policy and other important university issues.
