For your convenience and reference, the items needed to complete your application are listed below.

• Application form
• Application fee
• Recommendation Form(s) (1 for MA only)
• Résumé
• Official transcripts in sealed, unopened envelopes
• International transcript evaluation (if applicable)
• Statement of purpose

California Applicants applying for the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) must have:

• Photocopy of CBEST passing results
• Photocopy of valid California Teaching Credential
• Statement of Responsibility
• Recommendation Form(s) (3 for PASC application)
