At Fielding Graduate University we have a comprehensive package of benefits available to our employees, their dependent children, spouses and life partners provided the employee is working 20 or more hours per week. Our benefit package includes:

    Long Term Care
    We offer interested employees the opportunity to purchase Long Term Care insurance for themselves and/or family members at significantly reduced rates.


    Retirement Plan
  • Employees are eligible to participate in Fielding's 403(b) retirement program offered through TIAA-CREF.
  • After one full year of employment (minimum 1000 hours) at Fielding, we will begin making a monthly contribution equivalent to 5% of your monthly base salary to a Group Retirement Annuity offered through TIAA-CREF. After two full years of service Fielding's monthly contribution increases to 10% and continues at this rate for as long as you are employed with us. Individual participation is not required in order to receive Fielding's institutional contribution.

    Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance Guaranteeing you a significant portion of your income in the event that you should suffer an illness or disability that prevents you from working.

    Child Care Assistance
    Fielding will provide you with a reimbursement of up to $170/month per eligible child to help offset the costs of providing childcare for your family.

    Tuition Benefits
    We offer a significant reduction in tuition for all Fielding academic programs for eligible employees and their family members. In addition, we offer employees the opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement assistance when attending other accredited educational institutions.

    Coastal Housing Partnership

    Our institutional membership in the Coastal Housing Partnership provides assistance to employees who are buying or refinancing a home in the Santa Barbara area.
