Long Term Care
We offer interested employees the opportunity to purchase Long Term Care insurance for themselves and/or family members at significantly reduced rates.

Retirement Plan

Employees are eligible to participate in Fielding's 403(b) retirement program offered through TIAA-CREF.

After one full year of employment (minimum 1000 hours) at Fielding, we will begin making a monthly contribution equivalent to 5% of your monthly base salary to a Group Retirement Annuity offered through TIAA-CREF. After two full years of service Fielding's monthly contribution increases to 10% and continues at this rate for as long as you are employed with us. Individual participation is not required in order to receive Fielding's institutional contribution.
