An application packet may be obtained online at www.fielding.edu or by calling the Admission Office at 800.340.1099 or filling out our online form. The packet contains a description of the admissions process, a list of admissions criteria, application and recommendation forms, and information on financial aid.

A completed application portfolio must include the following:

• Two (2) confidential recommendations
• Official transcripts (sealed) from previous colleges or universities
• A resumé that lists education, work history, experience, and membership in professional organizations
• A statement of purpose, self-assessment, and autobiography
• Answers to supplemental questions in the application packet
• An academic writing sample
• A $75 application fee (non-refundable)
