Linda
H. Lewis is a professor and a member of the graduate faculty at the Fielding
Graduate University, specializing in human and organization development.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of adult learning and adult
development, Linda has been a senior executive in numerous Fortune 100
companies. As SVP of Learning & Education at Charles Schwab &
Co., Inc., VP of Strategic Change and Human Resources for Kaiser Permanente,
and VP of Travelers University, she led cultural and organizational
transformation efforts and corporate universities.
Early in her career, Lindas passion included
working with undereducated, underemployed, and long-term unemployed adults.
She received over $3 million in federal funds to establish Adult Basic
Education programs for non-native speakers, develop an alternative high
school diploma program for the State of Oregon, and establish innovative
programs and demonstration projects throughout California.
Lindas background in the for-profit and non-profit
sectors is complemented by 10 years as a tenured Professor at the University
of Connecticut. A former Kellogg Fellow, Linda holds a doctorate in adult
learning and a masters in management and administration. She is
well published and the author of books and articles in the field of adult
learning.
Currently, Linda serves on several advisory boards
and steering committees and consults both nationally and internationally.
She spends her free time traveling to be with family and friends.
