The program consists of a conference call orientation followed by 12 weeks of interactive online learning. The orientation includes an overview of the program, technical orientation to SiteScape, as well as norms and guidelines used in the program.

Students are expected to complete approximately three hours per week of reading, writing and responding to others online. Because the learning environment is asynchronous, you may do this at any time and on any computer with Internet access. However, each module of the program includes exact due dates.

To receive certification from Fielding and academic credits, participants must

• participate in either the face-to-face or conference call orientation
• contribute to the online dialogue
• complete reading and writing assignments posted online
• submit a 3-4 page final paper
