Leni Wildflower has been a faculty member of the Fielding Graduate Institute in the online OMD masters program for the past 8 years. She has thirty years professional experience coaching, consulting and teaching in education, non-profit organizations, and business. As an executive coach, Leni designed the coaching curriculum for the OMD program, and currently teaches Individual and Leadership and Organizational Coaching.

Francine received her doctorate from Columbia University and her coach training from Dave Ellis, author of Falling Awake. In addition to working as a coach and a consultant, she teaches coaching research, evidence based theory, organizational leadership, and conflict resolution.
