Leni Wildflower has been a faculty member of Fielding Graduate University for the past seven years. She designed the coaching curriculum for the Organization Management and Development master's program, and currently teaches coaching and conflict resolution courses. As an executive coach, Leni is adept at helping individuals improve their emotional intelligence. She has developed a particular expertise in working with managers to enhance their ability to self reflect and self correct, designing imaginative interventions in response to individual and organizational needs. She brings to her coaching and training work a lively sense of humor and an empathic feeling for people in all their differences. She believes that executive coaching should be emancipatory, enhancing the client's sense of independence, emotional intelligence, and personal control. Leni lives in Santa Barbara, California.
Pat has been coaching since 2000. Pat received her initial
training through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara (CHIC), whose program
focuses on leadership, adult renewal and transition, and systems theory.
Pat continues to access trainings offered by other thought leaders in
the coaching field. She has over 22 years in post secondary education
as a career counselor, holds an MPA from the Eller School at the University
of Arizona, as well as graduate equivalent coursework in Counseling Education
from CSULA. Her BA is in Business. She holds the PCC credential (Professional
Certified Coach) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Pat
has successfully coached individuals in government, business, education,
and not-for-profit. She resides in Tucson, Arizona. |
