Ann Clancy, PhD is an alumna of the doctoral program in the School of Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University. She is an executive coach and consultant, professional facilitator, and researcher in qualitative studies. For over 20 years, she has worked with a wide range of clients from non-profit organizations to corporations and governmental agencies in such industries as coal and oil, financial services, health care, and engineering. She coaches executives, small business owners, and professionals from an appreciative approach. She is co-author of Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, published by Jossey-Bass in February 2007. She leads workshops and presentations on Appreciative Coaching internationally and nationally.

Jacqueline Binkert, PhD is also an alumna of the doctoral program in the School of Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University. She is an executive coach with extensive experience in organization development having dealt with numerous issues dealing with large-scale change, team development, and leadership. She brings this expertise to her coaching clients supporting executives and other professionals in creating positive, affirming change both within their organizations and in their personal lives. Over the past 20+ years, she has worked in such industries as manufacturing, service, finance and health care. She is co-author of Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, published by Jossey-Bass in February 2007. She leads workshops and presentations on Appreciative Coaching internationally and nationally.
