Nonprofit Collaborative [back to top]
In cooperation with the Nonprofit Support Center of Santa Barbara, Fielding faculty, students, and alumni work with community nonprofits on strategic planning, capacity building, and program evaluation. The current project focuses on CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The project team, comprised of Fielding faculty, students, alumni, and staff from the Nonprofit Support Center, works with local nonprofits to design and implement strategic plans and long-term goals to sustain their organizations. To date, the collaborative has successfully worked with Good Samaritan Services, Transition House, La Casa de Maria, and the Santa Barbara neighborhood clinics.Read more about the project work we've done.

We offer certificates and short courses for professionals as well as custom programs designed for corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. Our vision is to enable professionals to make significant contributions in workplace and community settings through collaborative learning. Our goal is outcome-based learning that can be applied for immediate results. Our passion is turning knowledge into action.
