Directing Your Gift

How would you like your gift to be used?
You may designate your gift for a use that is most meaningful to you, or allow Fielding to allocate your gift where it is most needed.

Unrestricted gifts are used in the areas of highest priority
Unrestricted gifts provide flexibility in allocating funds to areas of highest priority or toward new opportunities as they arise. Fielding uses unrestricted gifts to support a variety of needs, from faculty resources to scholarships and academic programming.

Scholarships/Fellowships The most direct way to help individuals with their graduate education and ensure that a Fielding education is within reach of talented, motivated students. View the funds list.

When you give to a special fund, it will be used for that purpose only. Just specify the fund where you would like your gift directed.

Special Initiatives Support a program or initiative that holds particular interest for you, from the Alonso Center for Psychodynamic Studies to the Worldwide Network for Gender Empowerment. View the funds list.

Endowed Funds Gifts to Fielding endowed funds are carefully invested as part of the fund's principal, or endowment. Only the interest earned on the principal is spent, and serves as a secure, predictable, and permanent source of income for Fielding. View the funds list.

See Endowment Backgrounder for more information on endowments.
