How will the Financial Aid Office communicate with me? The Financial Aid Office at the Fielding Graduate University uses email for most of its communications. We will rely on a valid email address to communicate with you. It is important that you keep your email address updated in our database. The use of email allows the school to save money on postage and printing costs. These savings translate into increased resources available for the school to use in other areas that will better serve students. Additionally, there is an environmental benefit associated with increased use of email as a means of communication. Some of the types of email communications you may receive from the Financial Aid Office are: requests for missing forms and application paperwork, renewal reminders, updates letting you know that your application is complete or that your funding has arrived, etc These communications are very important and may require a timely response on your part to facilitate processing your FA application, so please read them! If you are a current student at Fielding, you can update or change your email address in WEBER, located in FELIX (http://www.fielding.edu/private/weber/). If you are not a current student at Fielding, you can update or change your email address with our Receptionists, 800.340.1099 or admissions@fielding.edu. Please do not delay in updating your contact information.
